The Problem
Agora is the digital backbone of Intercorp, the largest retailer in Peru. Serving over 5 million users, the app combines supermarkets, pharmacies, home improvement stores, etc into one "Super App." Originally built with separate native codebases for iOS and Android, the project required two distinct development teams, slowing down feature releases and doubling maintenance efforts.
The Mission
We were brought in as the Trusted Engineering Partner to define the architecture and execute a complete migration from Native to Flutter. The goal was ambitious: transition a massive, mission-critical user base to a single codebase to increase efficiency and speed without compromising performance.
