Hey! Mozo is a food-ordering app for dine-in or takeaway. Users can check nearby open restaurants, make an order from their menu, and pay for it. Once the user places the order, the platform will notify the restaurant via a desktop app, website, or even a Robocall. When the order is ready, the food is delivered to the table or left on the counter for pick-up.
Execution
This project evolved during development, adding several features to adapt to client feedback. It involved connecting to various restaurant management solutions, developing its own desktop app, and programming automated calls to make restaurant tasks easier.
Project results
The result was a product that evolved and pivoted significantly to adapt to various scenarios. Each restaurant has its own methods, and we provided several solutions and alternatives to ensure they were comfortable receiving orders and that the client received great service.
